it can be seen even from only viweing the thumbnail that your submition: congagulations bro by phamster2002 is not a vector art and it wasn't made by you...I even found a link to where a copy of this screenshot is posted: http://www.galleryblue.net/blue/amiero/pictures/006.jpg

I apologize in advance if it was a mistake from my part which I doubt comparing both images (there wasn´t any modifications whatsoever) so I'll make a friendly warning to you: everyone here knows how a vector looks like and even more importantly, attempts like yours are easily discovered by the rest of the MT crew.

I advice you to read the rules again...and again, I apolgize if I have ofended you. this is only a warning so you know how things really work here and so that your stay is longer, of course; playing safely lijke most of the other members.
